Shipping Times

We currently offer shipping to customers both locally and internationally.

Local Orders: 3–5 business days
International Orders: 5–10 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment after your order has been successfully placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.

Customs processing may also cause additional delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you in checking the status of your shipment.

Baile is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your purchase. Baile cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
